Tax Credit

Congress may or may not continue the 8000 tax credit. The White house has not commented on the issue and the Republicans are against it. I think that it will expire and next spring it may be voted on again. Health care is #1 in Washington today and likely the rest of this session.

Lower cost housing is moving

It seems that the first time home buyers are driving our market at this time. Homes over 250k are really struggling to sell this year.
