Jackson TN is a great place to live

With a low cost of living and NO INCOME TAX, people are flocking to our area for a nice place to settle down and raise a family or others are coming here to retire. We are a days drive to several beaches, and a days drive to snow skiing up north. Contact me for more info about homes in our area!

Tax Credit

Congress may or may not continue the 8000 tax credit. The White house has not commented on the issue and the Republicans are against it. I think that it will expire and next spring it may be voted on again. Health care is #1 in Washington today and likely the rest of this session.
